Describe your passion about giving back
My Passion to give back is rooted in the loss of our ability as Christians to preserve the Christian moral character and code that was evident in the 1950's and 60's. Many Christians no longer understand the roots of right and wrong. The world has made good look bad and bad look good. We, as the mature Christian leaders of today, must provide the foundational principles of Christian Leadership to all our christian brothers and sisters so that they can withstand the enemy and raise up others to lead themselves well. Only Christian leaders can return this nation to the moral goodness and integrity that makes America great.
Describe your unique gifts for giving back
Encouragement, Leadership, Teaching
Describe your impact for giving back
The impact begins with an understanding of the leadership metric that I work toward each day. A leadership metric has 3 parts - Significant action, extra-ordinary result and enduring legacy.
Significant action begins with recognizing a need for action, either in the world or in God’s kingdom, and placing yourself a position to do something about it. The significant action we have taken over the last five years is to develop a leadership curriculum that will enhance each person to lead themselves well. This curriculum includes development of Gods Wisdom through the Laws, Virtues and Powers he expects each of us to use wisely, the understanding of who we are and how we are wonderfully and fearfully made and the development of a Life Walk design picture that allows each individual to lead themselves through their greatest God given strengths.

Significant action cannot be measured with performance measures. Instead it must be measured in extra-ordinary results that others see. We have developed a 9 minute video that describes what others are seeing after a five year effort. Please click on this link http://youtube.com/watch?v=jYjYPYGicYM or paste it into your browser to witness the extra-ordinary result to date. Further evidence of this extra-ordinary effort will be reflected when others want to use our framework to build their own leadership cultures.

The enduring legacy is just beginning. Others are now waking up the impact of the subjects and beginning to teach and tell others how to walk closer to Christ. We now have members of Bethany teaching these subjects. We have taken the subjects to churches in Russia and they are teaching them in their churches and transporting them to other pastors who are taking them into forbidden places. We are also developing the material into short courses for use in home groups and short studies. The next step is to develop the material for the youth and for leaders to teach leaders who teach leaders until we have a nation of spiritually mature men and women, who build strong families and strong churches and strong communities and a strong nation for the Lord.
Describe the legacy you want to leave
I do not desire that my name be known. The legacy I want to leave is a foundation dedicated to funding the work of "Prepare Gods People and other Christian teaching organizations so that new generations, even those as yet unborn, will be able to Know Christ, Experience his Love and Grow in his Image.
