Andrew Rauch has spent nearly three decades helping organizations navigate growth—from entrepreneurial startups to international technology companies, nonprofits, ministries, and purpose-driven enterprises.

Throughout that journey, one truth became increasingly clear: The greatest challenges organizations face are rarely technical.

Andrew has served as an entrepreneur, executive, growth strategist, board member, coach, and advisor across North America, Latin America, and Asia —helping organizations scale while remaining aligned with their mission.

One chapter included helping lead the growth of iTexico from approximately 50 people to more than 500 team members while contributing to more than $200 million in cumulative revenue impact and an acquisition.
