DISCOVER
In the Discover phase, we diagnose the current state of the organization by listening deeply, assessing goals, identifying constraints, understanding stakeholder dynamics, and uncovering opportunities for growth and impact.
The goal is to help founders, executives, boards, and leadership teams gain shared clarity around mission, priorities, challenges, and strategic possibilities.
DESIGN
In the Design phase, we build the strategic architecture needed to move the organization forward. This may include a growth roadmap, operating model, impact framework, leadership structure, community strategy, or generosity plan.
The goal is to create a clear, usable strategy that aligns mission, people, priorities, resources, and execution.
DEVELOP
